Scale without corporate constraints
A look inside the physical scale models, structural interventions, and heavy industrial fabrication executed during our nine-month postgraduate residency.

Physical spatial interventions
Twelve annual fellows execute scale-model and full-scale structural research. These artifacts represent uncompromised material exploration, built entirely on campus.
Heavy industrial machinery
We provide unrestricted access to heavy-duty fabrication equipment. Our facilities are designed for rapid physical prototyping at structural scale, operating without commercial oversight.
Gantry Cranes
CNC Milling
Heavy Fabrication
Five-ton overhead cranes span the primary assembly hangar, allowing fellows to manipulate heavy concrete, timber, and steel assemblies safely.
Large-format multi-axis mills process dense hardwoods, industrial plastics, and soft metals to sub-millimeter tolerances directly from digital models.
Dedicated bays for industrial welding, concrete mixing, and plaster casting provide the raw material capabilities required for structural interventions.
November 1st deadline
We admit twelve fellows annually for the fully-funded residency. Prepare your physical portfolio of self-directed spatial research and submit before the deadline.
