Operating from a secluded concrete campus in upstate New York, the residency isolates practitioners from commercial distraction to focus entirely on structural interventions.

The physical environment mirrors the work: unplastered concrete walls, soaring industrial ceilings, and harsh northern light designed for uncompromised focus.
